Reservation Requirements
Reserving a space at First Baptist Church Brady is a simple process, but we ask that all guests follow these key steps to help us serve you well and maintain the integrity of our facilities:
- Submit a Completed Reservation Form
Reservations must be submitted at least 2 months in advance of your event date. This allows us to coordinate scheduling, confirm availability, and provide the appropriate support on the day of your event. - Include Full Payment and Deposit
All required fees and refundable deposits must be paid in full when you submit your form. Payment and paperwork must be received together for your reservation to be reviewed. - Sign the Reservation Policies and By-Laws
All renters must review and sign our Reservation Policies and Article VIII of the Church By-Laws, acknowledging agreement with the terms of facility use and our stance on marriage and conduct. - Reservation Confirmation
Please note that no reservations will be taken over the phone, and your event will not be added to the church calendar until both your form and payment are received and approved by our office.
Once everything is submitted and confirmed, a church representative will contact you to finalize the details and ensure you're all set for a smooth and successful event.

- Deposit (refundable): $200
- Sanctuary (6 hrs): $600
- Sanctuary + Fellowship Hall (6 hrs): $700
- Sanctuary + Family Life Center (6 hrs): $800
- Additional time: $50/hour
Family Reunions
- Deposit (refundable): $200
- Family Life Center (6 hrs): $400
- Fellowship Hall (6 hrs): $200
- Additional time: $50/hour
Birthday Parties / Three-Hour Events
- Deposit (refundable): $100
- Use Fee (3 hrs): $200
- Additional time: $50/hour
Community Organizations
Weekly Use (1 hr/week): $200/month
Large Weekly Events
- Deposit (refundable): $200
- Family Life Center (1 week): $800
- Classroom (hourly use): $50/hour
Community Sports Practices
- Monthly Fee (3 hrs/night max): $200
- Additional time: $50/hour
Facility Rules & Policies
Please follow these guidelines to ensure respectful use of our church property:
- No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or dancing anywhere on church grounds.
- Renter is responsible for all clean-up and trash removal after the event.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Only approved rooms and times may be used—no unauthorized access.
- No keys will be given out. A church representative will open and close the building.
- Weddings require a meeting with the Pastor and in-person pickup of the Wedding Policies Manual from the church office.
Violation of these policies may result in loss of deposit or cancellation of future bookings.
