Reserving a space at First Baptist Church Brady is a simple process, but we ask that all guests follow these key steps to help us serve you well and maintain the integrity of our facilities:

1. Submit a Completed Reservation Form
   Reservations must be submitted at least 2 months in advance of your event date. This allows us to coordinate scheduling, confirm availability, and provide the appropriate support on the day of your event.
2. Include Full Payment and Deposit
   All required fees and refundable deposits must be paid in full when you submit your form. Payment and paperwork must be received together for your reservation to be reviewed.
3. Sign the Reservation Policies and By-Laws
   All renters must review and sign our Reservation Policies and Article VIII of the Church By-Laws, acknowledging agreement with the terms of facility use and our stance on marriage and conduct.
4. Reservation Confirmation
   Please note that no reservations will be taken over the phone, and your event will not be added to the church calendar until both your form and payment are received and approved by our office.

Once everything is submitted and confirmed, a church representative will contact you to finalize the details and ensure you're all set for a smooth and successful event.
